Reception Hours are: 8.30am-7.00pm Monday to Saturday and 8.30am to 6.00pm on Sunday.
Reception is located at the Banyan Street entrance (75-77 Banyan St). If you enter the property using the Raglan Parade entrance you will find a phone in the carport that will allow you to speak directly to reception staff or you can follow the yellow dots through the carpark to get to the office.

COOKING
Some of our rooms have kitchens. Most rooms contain a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
An Alfresco Dining area with a BBQ and sink are located off the Waves carpark off Raglan Parade. Guests are also welcome to use the Guest Kitchen located at the end of the reception building at in the Banyan St complex. We ask that you ensure cooking areas are left clean after use and all dishes washed and put away. The Kitchen and Alfresco area are open from 8.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 6.00pm Sunday. As these areas are in close proximity to guest rooms, we request you keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of others.
TV
All our rooms offer smart TVs with options to log into your own streaming accounts. Be sure to log out before you leave.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms ( penalty charge of $ 300 for any incursion).
We want everyone to enjoy the environment so please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately and safely.
LAUNDRY
A guest laundry is available for use by all guests and is located next to room 1 18 under the middle stair well of the back building . Hours of use are 10am to 6 pm daily. If this is locked please attend reception to assist.
AIR CONDITIONERS
Once turned on please wait 5 – 7 minutes for air to flow through.
SUPERMARKETS/BANKS
There are a number of supermarkets and banks located just two blocks away.
For pre- prepared homestyle meals to heat in the microwave, we suggest Lucas Brothers just around the corner in Banyan St .
EARLY DEPARTURE
For your convenience there is a key drop box located in the carport entrance and also next to reception
